LK Essentials Return & Refund Policy

We’re so grateful for your order and can’t wait for you (or your student!) to experience the Middle School Master Plan. Because of the nature of our product and our limited launch inventory, we’ve outlined our return and refund policy below.
📦 Physical Product Returns
All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order. This is because:

Each planner is part of a small-batch, limited-run production

Some orders include launch-only bonuses that cannot be restocked

Once opened, planners are no longer in re-sellable condition
If your planner arrives damaged, misprinted, or incomplete, please email us at support@thelkway.com within 7 days of delivery with:

A short description of the problem
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund depending on availability.
💻 Digital Resources
Access to the Resource Hub is included with each purchase. Because access is granted via QR code and email, we do not offer refunds for digital content.
🎁 Bonus Items
Free bonus items (such as marker packs, card decks, giveaway entries) are promotional and non-refundable. We cannot guarantee replacement of bonus items once supplies run out.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. Then email us at support@thelkway.com and we’ll do our best to help—but we are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses or delivery issues beyond our control.
