📦 LK Essentials Shipping Policy

At LK Essentials, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely, quickly, and with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.


🕐 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive a second email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.

During high-volume periods (like product launches), processing times may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.


🚚 Shipping Times + Carriers

We currently ship through USPS and UPS, depending on location and availability.

  • Standard shipping (U.S. only): 3–7 business days

  • Tracking: All shipments come with tracking information via email


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping Only (U.S.)

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future!


🎁 Free Shipping for Launch Orders

All orders placed during our launch period (June 3–June 10, 2025) qualify for free U.S. shipping and are eligible for limited launch bonuses while supplies last.


📦 Shipping Delays or Issues

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or if it’s taking longer than expected, please contact us at support@thelkway.com. While shipping delays are sometimes out of our hands, we’ll always do our best to help resolve the issue.


🧾 Shipping Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible—we can’t guarantee changes once your order has been processed or shipped.
